• N.B - We suggest you process your application on your pc or laptop not on your phone.
• We take passport/ID/ Visa photos for most countries,
  including New Zealand/ Dutch (Netherlands)/ U.S.A/United Kingdom/ Australia/ China/ Vietnam/India/ Canada and many others.
• We take photos for the U.K - ETA - (electronic travel authorisation).
• Photos for 18+Kiwi Access card/Drivers Licence/Apec card/Firearms licence/Diplomatic Passport photos.
• Fully trained and experienced staff.
• Preferred service provider for a number of embassies.
• Our photos meet all national and international standards.
• No appointment necessary.
• Have your PHOTO taken while you wait.
• In the unlikely event that your PASSPORT PHOTO is rejected we reserve the right to be given the opportunity to provide a free replacement. We require evidence as to the reason why the photo has been rejected. We will offer options on how we may resolve this situation.  Most photo rejections are the result of facial features, eg facial hair (see below) or silver white hair when a bright white background is required.
• We will not pay for any late or URGENT FEES or ANY OTHER FEES incurred due to the photo not being up to an acceptable level, please see above.
• Please ensure you have left adequate time for your application.
• PASSPORT PHOTOS available Monday-Friday 8.00am-4.45pm. Saturday - 10.00am-1.45pm - SOME EXCLUSIONS APPLY.
• For all children under 5, we require you make an appointment in advance.  We have two time slots available for this service, 10.00am-11.00am and 2.30pm-3.30pm Monday to Friday.  Please phone the pharmacy on 4726356. We regret we are unable to offer a passport/visa photo service for children under the age of one year.
• Because of limited storage on our camera chip we do not retain images.

• Please note: Various countries are declining passport and visa applications when there is hair obscuring facial features on the submitted photos.  We suggest you take this into consideration.
• Passport & Visa policy - We can offer advice on specifications.  However, the ultimate decision is the customers responsibility based on instruction from the consultate, travel agent or their own research.
